Rimor Mining
Rimor Mining
Rimor S.r.l. realizes all types of ventilation for road works and underground excavations, both fixed (definitive) and temporary.
Important customers in the mining sector such as Veneta Mineraria or important mining sectors such as Fassa Bortolo have applied Rimor’s underground centrifugal and helical ventilation systems.
Other customers such as Europea 92 or Astaldi, or Cipa have confirmed the qualities of Rimor S.r.l.
Rimor S.r.l. has always built ventilation units for road works in the excavation phase.
Tunnels in the excavation phase require appropriate ventilation at the front with multi-stage ventilation machines that bring a reasonable amount to the excavation face to effectively dispose of the dust generated in the flight and excavation phases.
Rimor S.r.l. takes care of carrying out detailed calculations to obtain correct sizing and correct ventilation certification, and signed calculations.
Rimor S.r.l. has been collaborating with leading companies in the sector for 30 years.

---|---|
Detail | The machines called “ventolini” are machines of significant power (300/400 KW) that are used to ventilate the tunnels during the excavation phase. |
Range | The ranges start from 1 KW up to machines in series of 300 – 400 KW with even large diameters, up to 2400 mm. Rimor expresses particular ability in the acoustic part by creating the machines with Rimor Silent inside. |
Materials | The materials used are mainly Fe 360 as it is ambient air. The parts of the acoustic covering are in rimor silent, the particular certified flame-retardant material. |
Application | These ventilation units are used for tunnels, tunnels during excavation, environments to be ventilated, railway tunnels, water tunnels for hydroelectricity. |

Single and multi-stage axial/helicoidal fans
Rimor Mining
The soundproofed Rimor machines are single, double, or multiple stage fans, both equi-rotating and counter-rotating, and achieve the correct pressure and flow rate to convey the air inside the excavation tunnel.
Rimor’s range of single or double stage axial fans allows it to reach 2500 mm in diameter. Rimor has operated for decades on important construction sites, consistently reporting lasting successes over time.
The acoustic performance of the Rimor machines allows for easy installation without interfering with the houses around the excavations, having both axial fans for tunnels with circular silencers and super-silencing baffle silencers.
Rimor fans, fans with inverters as the sector names them, are also used in railway or road tunnel works and the construction of subways.

Single and multi-stage centrifugal fans
Rimor Mining
Rimor centrifugal fans represent a safe and valid solution in the sector.
Thanks to the Recube technology, very high real yields of 80 percent can be achieved with innovative applications in tunnel ventilation and road works.
Noise is reduced and the technological system of the air intake rim with reduced noise emission is applied.
The centrifugal Rimor fans for tunnels or subways allow to convey the air with high flow rates and high carry easily.
The unique centrifugal Rimor system makes Rimor one of the few companies offering centrifugal ventilation for road works.
Fans and centrifugal ventilation systems for road works and railway and road tunnels are also applied in hydraulic conveying works or for excavations even from very long distances.

Flexible tubes
Rimor Mining
Rimor markets flexible pipes for tunnels and road works. The flexible piping is both in thrust and the air intake, with the possibility of being hung from the ceiling and connected using Velcor or pipe joining systems.
The air conveyance system using flexible pipes allows you to create a system on-site with reduced air losses (leaks), and by applying the PVC, you get an essential duration combined with reduced weight.
The flexible piping is then combined with valves, exchanges, or diffusers at the end of the line.
The Rimor system allows to obtain a practical application and a quick installation. Rimor has selected a method for connecting the pipes and supporting the ceiling using a practical solution designed to minimize the possibility of error in assembly and make installation as economical as possible.
The flexible pipes for road works can only be under pressure or under pressure and depression to recover the air inside the tunnel and convey in part to the outside.
