Rimor details for heating chambers are suitable solutions to carry out the heating of pieces from the lowest to the highest temperatures.

Rimor’s heating systems can be made with an external heating system consisting of RECUBE and internal heating systems with the particular solution of ventilating/heated agitator with the integrated heating system.

The Rimor construction system for heating chambers is used to heat parts for plastic coating applications (for example, rilsan) or the distension, tempering and stabilization of welds in carpentry.

In addition, these are systems used for heating, firing and drying paints. Both in the heating for powder coatings and for liquid paints.

The Rimor details for the heating chambers consist of a separate heating system that is the RECUBE, which generates hot air at high temperature without having to “plant” the oven. The oven, in this case, becomes a simple chamber without constraints and with the possibility of defining different geometries or increasing the size.

The cooling chambers of the Rimor allow reducing the temperature of coils or parts to be cooled that pass inside the cooling room or cooling station. The cooling system of the Rimor allows a series of jets to reduce the temperature according to defined parameters.

Rimor’s finite element calculation system allows – thanks to the CFD calculation – to predict and calculate the resulting temperature at the exit from the chamber.

Rimor’s cooling system through louvres manages to create a fluid exchange bed in a soundproof section that can be inserted into production lines of coils or other elements to be cooled.

The system can be combined with additional nitrogen injections with a noticeable improvement in the result.

The need to dry parts wetted with water and other solvents, reagents or chemical treatment foams is common to many applications.

Rimor’s drying systems are composed of a pressurization fan that conveys the air creating air jets that are properly directed and removing water or liquids from the parts or coils passing through the Rimor drying station.

The parts to be dried must receive air at a consistent rate in order to remove the liquid from the surface. The Rimor system adapts to every possible geometry and creates an air jet that removes water particles.

It is also possible to create drying systems with air blades properly positioned to remove the veil of water, usually on coils.

Water removal systems can consist of complete chambers or individual elements positioned near iron and stainless steel pieces. The accuracy of the drying system is calculated with CFD finite elements that achieve the safe removal of liquids.

The Denox Package is a system where two fans are pre-mounted on a frame with the aim of sending air into Denox or denitration systems to convey ammonia-enriched air to chimneys where a reduction of nox is carried out.

The package system allows you to have a double circuit with valves that exclude one fan or the other to always guarantee a flow by having two fans in parallel that work alternately.

Rimor fans can operate even at 500°C with a direct cooler on the fan so that you can use direct motors without belt couplings and without transmission.

The DENOX package is a system where two fans are pre-mounted on a frame with the aim of sending air into the DENOX or denizitration systems in order to convey ammonia-enriched air to chimneys where a Nox abatement is carried out.

The system of relaunching the air to the chimneys, then conveyed by lances and catalysts in the flow coming out of the chimney in order to obtain a correct mixing.

Cooling groups for hardening

The cooling units for the hardening are exchangers combined with fans – technically called air heaters or heat exchangers – to dissipate the heat accumulated in the hardening tanks.

The cooling system for hardening is used to exchange the fluid present in the hardening tank that is conveyed to the dissipation group.

Rimor air heat exchangers are inspectable and easily opened for maintenance, and although they are often combined with filters, they can handle heavy fluids and highly polluting fluids.

The Rimor finning system allows it to be cleaned with high-pressure thanks to the thickness of the fins and the production system.

The exchangers and coolers for water or hardening oil have always been used for the construction of post-heating hardening systems to obtain a surface hardening of the hardened pieces.

Hardening agitators

The agitators for hardening tanks are a category of Rimor products that are born to obtain a stirring of the hardening tank. The goal of stirring water or hardening oil is to prevent the fluid, once evaporated, from isolating the piece without allowing a hardening on the whole piece.

In fact, the temperature of the fluid causes the hardening fluid to boil and creates an air bubble that isolates the material to be hardened; thanks to the agitation in the hardening tank, this accumulation of temperature is avoided, and the formation of the air bubble is avoided.

The Rimor system involves installing a marine propeller in bronze or in different materials such as stainless steel or iron. The Rimor agitation system is combined with flow calculation and visualization systems with CFD analysis that allows creating an adequate heat exchange system with the piece to be hardened.

In addition, some systems allow you to raise the long shaft electric motor for maintenance, with a lever and a pin that allows you to easily raise the agitator from the hardening tanks.

Mobile dryers for bricks ventilation cones

Mobile brick dryers are mobile ventilation units placed inside brick or brick dryers, with the possibility of obtaining a suction from the top and an air launch from the two side slits.

Drying systems and mobile or fixed cones, also in rotating versions, are installed inside brick drying ovens and suck in high-temperature air and throw it against frames that contain bricks or bricks.

Rimor’s drying systems take air from the top where there are hot air supply ducts and send it through “directional” fins on the wagons, thus ensuring vertical uniformity and a deep air-launch that realizes the heat exchange with the parts to be dried.

The Rimor cone system guarantees uniformity on the vertical part and allows to obtain a high-quality result. There are models with a diameter of 800 and a diameter of 900, with motors placed inside or motors placed outside the cone on the oven’s roof.
