Rimor S.r.l. has been operating for many years to obtain certain parameters of air conditioning, humidity and temperature, inside rooms and work areas.The determination of temperature and humidity parameters are important in many sectors, for example in the production of PVB laminated glass, where it is important to contain humidity and temperature below certain parameters, or in the production of components and finished products in textiles, where it is important to maintain reduced temperature and humidity at higher levels (for example with humidifiers).
The temperature and humidity are kept under control with refrigeration units that then carry out cooling and a post-heating, often combined with partial recirculation of the process air and management of temperature and humidity combined with the management of pressure or depression in the room.
It is possible to use direct, indirect or heat pump refrigeration circuits or with hot water supplied separately for post-heating.
This is if it is necessary to reduce the humidity: if instead, it is necessary to increase it, steam or adiabatic humidification systems are used.
Finally, there are several possibilities for using both hydronic heat recovery units (with the transfer of liquid fluid from an air/liquid exchanger that exchanges with the gas that transfers the heat to the exchanger where the gas that receives the heat passes).
Particular attention has been paid to remote management with monitoring systems via apps (both desktop and mobile) and online portals.

Air Conditioning Systems
The air-conditioned room was created to confine an area within which temperature and humidity parameters must be obtained under control.
The Rimor construction system is indicated to obtain a result of the confinement of such areas, with doors, entrance and exit chambers, windows and anything else necessary to obtain an operating result.
The pre-insulated panels are used with joints obtained to avoid opening or exit points that can consequently change the climate brought inside the chamber.
The realization of the Rimor then includes an air movement system inside the chamber, where it is guaranteed to avoid the so-called air pockets or dead zones.
The ventilation systems of the Rimor then allow you to work in 3 modes: pressure 0, depression in the room or pressure in the room.
The inlet and outlet systems of the materials are such as to guarantee effective confinement with the combination of the slits with air blades.
Finally, the Rimor design system allows obtaining reduced assembly times on site, allowing the customer to quickly proceed with the cabin assembly with 3D and detailed drawings.

The CLIMATE SYSTEM PACKAGE starts from the principle of using a traditional industrial refrigerator connected with a UTA and other accessories in order to obtain an air conditioning result, both with a recirculated flow, and with a through-flow (therefore without recirculation) The air conditioning system mounted entirely on a chassis and connected in production, therefore, reduces installation costs and optimises the paths of the pipes, thus obtaining energy savings and greater ease of maintenance.
The Package climate system allows obtaining a practical result of generating an air-conditioned flow and can be combined with air-conditioned or humidified rooms.
The system can then be used to easily generate flows at controlled temperature and atmosphere to obtain a fluid with humidity ranging from 0 to 100% RH and with a temperature even from -30 to + 30 and above.
The system works on the heat pump principle, and possibly an additional post-heating system is applied.
It is then possible to operate with direct or indirect refrigeration circuits where the cooling fluid can be water and glycol or directly refrigerant gas.

Rimor’s overall climate system is highly flexible and integrable, even if internal needs are modified over time.
The parameters of a climate room are humidity, temperature, amount of air recirculating inside and amount of depression or pressure present in the chamber.
Depending on the design parameters, it must be possible to dehumidify and humidify the process fluid; this can be done either in a psychrometric way with a cooling and post-cooling heating or through drying wheels.
The Rimor system allows individual elements in the field connected via a network and managed by a central intelligence that governs the on-off and regulation to maintain the defined temperature and humidity parameters.
The overall climate system of Rimor is very flexible to increase or decrease over time.
The Rimor construction system then allows having refrigeration unit systems of very high industrial cut without the use of components of civil derivation.

Rimor’s CLIMATIC SYSTEMS are made to exploit the refrigeration cycles to obtain climates at controlled temperature and humidity, both in cases where it is necessary to dehumidify and in cases where it is required to humidify.
The use of both monobloc and traditional UTA machines, in the package versions and in the monobloc versions in the room with drying wheels or humidification machines, allow creating updated and economical systems, combined with rimor containment rooms, Rimor climatic chambers for process or for control of work areas at controlled temperature and humidity.
They are used in textiles or PVB glass production processes or in industrial processes where it is important to keep the temperature under control combined with the desired humidity. It is possible to set both a humidity lower than the external one and higher having the possibility of using humidification systems and dehumidification both with a psychrometric dehumidification process and with a drying wheel process salts to obtain very dry air with very low humidity content inside.

Cheap filtered fans

The economic filtered fans are born to convey filtered air inside the soundproofing cabins or compartmentalization cabins. They are called economic filters because instead of having filter cartridges at the entrance, you have a flat filter cloth mounted through bars that generate a greater filtering surface.
The system invented by rimor reduces both maintenance times and costs.
The G3 filter cloth is mounted onboard the filtered fan and inserted via a zigzag path to minimize the longitudinal space in the face of an important filtering surface.
Using only the filter cloth reduces costs and increases filtration efficiency.

SOUNDPROOF RECUBE

The recube are fans placed on the roof or the sides of the soundproof or compartmentalization cabins. They are real acoustic plugs so that you can evacuate or insert the air inside the cabin and at the same time soundproof and prevent the noise from escaping to the outside.
The RECUBE is a patent installed on the ceiling and is soundproofed; it manages to prevent noise from leaving the cabin while inserting filtered or cooled air inside.
Rimor has invented the recube to create cutting-edge ventilation, where it also becomes easy to manage maintenance being the machine equipped with easy disassembly of the impeller and engine that are disassembled together.

RECUBE cooled distribution groups
Air Conditioning Systems
Rimor cooled distribution groups are installed on the roof of the cab and allow air to be inserted directly into several cabin points. This does not require a distribution system inside the cab.
The groups are then equipped with cooling or heating systems suitable for generating hot or cooled flows.
The rimor system involves avoiding sky filters by bringing the filters directly on the RECUBE machine that brings the air to 8 points by distributing the air through the cabin structure with air lances.
The CFD study of finite element rimor ensures that there are no air pockets and ensures that a flow of air reaches the entire cabin under pressure.
The RECUBE air intake systems of the soundproof cabins or the compartmentalization of the rimor can be easily ventilated through the ventilation systems heated or cooled by these systems.
In addition to systems with ventilation, it is also possible to have natural injection systems without a fan if depression in the room is not a problem for the process.

Rimor has created a unique AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM. The room is equipped with monobloc refrigerators directly, connected by MODBUS and connected via the web for remote control.
Therefore, the Rimor’s air conditioning systems manage humidification machinery connected to the central plc via a network or drying machinery through salt drying wheels.
The rimor system is a swarm system where there are more redundant elements in the field; even in case of maintenance or recharging of the air conditioners, there is no blockage of the conditioning.
The experience of rimor in the sector then allows for depression in the room or pressure to manage the two airflows of exchange with the environment and with the outside.
