Since 2015, Rimor is in compliance with the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015, certified by RINA. The certification showcase not only the professionalism of the brand but also its competitiveness in the marketplace.

Rimor has implemented a system that allows the organization to effectively reach its company objectives in terms of health and safety, in accordance with D.Lgs. 81/08 (art.30) and in coordination with D.Lgs. 106/2009 and subsequent updates.

The objective is to constantly improve the working conditions with the result of:

• Prevent accidents, injuries and occupational l illnesses;
• Monitor continuously and optimize the company’s safety performance;
• Check and optimize the safety performance at construction sites;
• Ensure compliance with the law;
• Improve the company image;
• Reduce the costs related to accidents;
• Promote integrated management with the S.C.Q.;
• Guarantee an effective fulfilling of the managerial responsibility (D.Lgs 231/01) regarding safety and health in the workplace.

For this purpose Rimor has implemented its own Health and Safety Management System, following INAIL 2011 guidelines with the consultation and coordination with industry professionals and the presence of internal company figures in charge of verifying the application of the procedures.

Rimor in its company policy has carried out the procedures for the application of the”Ethical Behaviour Code” as required by D.L.gs. 231/2001.

More specifically the procedures have been carried out in order to:

• Guarantee safety and health on the workplace;
• Prevent the fraudulent or unintentional felonies cited in the legislative decree;
• There are people in the company in charge of verifying the application of the procedures.

Rimor places the maximum importance on environmental issues and operates accordingly, in compliance with its company policy.

On the roof of our headquarters building, a photovoltaic system that supplies electricity to some of our machinery, allows to avoid the emission of over 13 tons CO₂ of per year.

Rimor S.r.l. has implemented an industrial waste management system, in accordance with national laws with separate disposals of company waste and production process scarps respectively, awarded to certified companies:

• The emissions in the environment are carried out with filtration and abatement systems;
• Rimor S.r.l. is associated with CONAI and RAEE;
• There are people in the company in charge of verifying the application of the procedures.
