The enginnering division of Rimor S.r.l. offers a professional design that relates to the aeraulic, mecchanical, thermal and structural aspects and avails itself of an highly qualified multi-disciplinary team.
The quality and professionalism of the enginnering is certified by the attention paid to the functional, maintenance, aesthetic aspects and to reliability and durability of the product togheter with the process of simulation.
Production: Process. Production. Testing.
The process, post-engineering, starts with the elaboration of production sheet cards containing temporal diagrams, bill of materials and complete assembly cycles.
The production is carried out by highly qualified internal personnel with the usage of cutting edge machinery (laser cutting machine, folding machine, welding stations).
Checks and testing of the finished product are carried out through codified procedures in accordance with the quality control system and with the utilization of certified calibration instruments.
Services: Final Commissioning. Assembly. After-sales.
Rimor S.r.l., offers final commissioning services at customers’ site (in Italy and abroad) in accordance with international testing regulations, apart from offering assembly services and after-sales services such as assistance, pre-planned and on-demand maintenance with qualified personnel.
