The furnaces or drying hoods of Rimor S.r.l.<\/strong> are the result of years of experience in the sector where the company was able to study the performance of the furnaces through its fluid dynamics simulation and was able to achieve optimal performance with the studied nozzle shapes.<\/p>\n

The perfect distribution of air to the nozzles,<\/strong> both transversal and longitudinal, allows to obtain a professional drying result that is stable over time.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The nozzle of Rimor S.r.l<\/strong>. it has a flat part that allows to maximize the heat exchange<\/strong> and a series of spacers that make the slot precise.<\/p>\n

The Rimor S.r.l. drying hood<\/strong> can be used for coating lines, drying, rotogravure, flexography, or lamination lines.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Rimor technology called RECUBE<\/strong> DRY<\/strong> allows to obtain a flow with an accuracy of + -1 m \/ s and a precision of + -1 \u00b0 C<\/strong>, thus making the blowing very uniform in terms of temperature uniformity and flow velocity uniformity.<\/p>\n

The absence of perforated sheets or deflectors inside the hoods or drying furnaces allows them to maximize their capacity and minimize pressure loss. That is made possible by the finite element fluid dynamics study<\/strong>, which guarantees uniformity of temperature and speed.<\/p>\n
